The WFH Invites You to #HemoCare: Caring for the Community Twitter Party

We are excited to be hosting the very first global #HemoCare chat! Please join us for our “#HemoCare: Caring for the Community” Twitter party – a conversation about hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders care around the globe moderated by Magdy El Ekiaby, WFH Vice-President of Communications and Public Policy. We are going to be discussing tips on improving the lives of people with hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders, the patient–health care worker relationships and what does great care look like around the world.

#HemoCare is about celebrating and honoring the global hemophilia community and the people who contribute to making hemophilia care accessible in every country!

This Twitter party is hosted by the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) in partnership with Hemophilia Solutions by Bayer. The WFH is an organization dedicated to improving care and treatment for all people, both men and women, with hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders, regardless of where they might live. The WFH has the best-in-class International Hemophilia Training Centre (IHTC) Fellowship Program, which gives health care professionals from developing countries training in the diagnosis and management of hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders.

For every 50 RSVPs, Bayer will contribute $1,000 to WFH’s Close the Gap Campaign. For every 50 tweets with #HemoCare included, Bayer will contribute another $1,000, up to a total of $10,000.
